Support our Work

Getting involved with One Health Partners doesn’t have to mean making a financial contribution — but if you or your organization are in a position to support us through a donation, we would deeply appreciate your help.

How We Operate

Your gift sustains and strengthens the collaborative programs, research, and community services we offer across hospitals, libraries, schools, shelters, aged care, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, supportive housing, and other communities of care. Because we are committed to accessibility, much of our work is made possible through the generosity and shared effort of our volunteers, partners, and supporters.

We’ve never let financial capacity determine who we serve. In fact, nearly all of the hospitals we work with — including Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, North York General Hospital, Sinai Health, Toronto Grace, and Baycrest — receive our services without a fee. At Holland Bloorview alone, we contribute over 300 hours of service annually without remuneration.

As we grow, innovate, and reach more people, we’ve reached a moment where sustainable funding is essential. To continue our work — and to honour the dedication of our team, volunteers, and communities — we’re building a stronger base of donors and sponsors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my donation secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and partner with Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. Your financial information never touches our servers.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Not yet. One Health Partners is a federally incorporated not-for-profit, but we are not yet registered as a Canadian charity.
If tax deductibility is a factor, we’d be happy to explore options for giving through our charitable partners (e.g., Holland Bloorview, Toronto Grace, Toronto Public Library)

Can I cancel my recurring donation?

Yes — you’re always in full control. You can update or cancel your donation at any time.

Pre & Peri’s One Health Partners Collection

“We Are All Related”

One Health Partners have teamed up with Indigenous artist and urban streetwear designer Caitlin Wemigwans from Pre & Peri to create a One Health Partners Collection around the theme We Are All Related. The collection is designed to inspire and support our sense of human and interspecies solidarity, kinship, and care for each other.

Drawing from both Indigenous and One Health traditions, it brings together cultural motifs, spiritual symbolism, and shared ethical commitments to reflect the interconnectedness of all life.

The design itself tells this story: paw prints honour both therapy dogs and the wolf — a powerful presence in Indigenous art; human hand and footprints mirror these forms, their differences celebrated in the details, symbolizing diversity in unity. A hoof pays tribute to both the gentle deer — with whom Caitlin shares a spiritual bond — and to One Health Partners’ own miniature therapy horse, a beloved ambassador of healing. At the centre, a bird footprint represents the non-mammal world. Each print is equally spaced, with none placed above the others, embodying the balance and mutual respect that underpin both Indigenous teachings and One Health Partners’ philosophy.

50% of net proceeds from sales directly support One Health Partners’ Indigenous community programs, services, and outreach.

Whether you’re gifting a piece or wearing one yourself, each item becomes a statement of kinship, care, and community.
